Three things a printed board cannot do
Signage in India has moved through three waves: painted and flex, then 3D acrylic and channel letters, and now displays — where the signboard becomes a screen.
Dead at night vs alive 24/7
A flex board disappears after sunset — which is when most retail footfall passes. An LED display is self-lit and readable at every hour it is switched on.
Reprint every season vs change content free
An 8 × 4 ft flex board reprinted three times a year is roughly ₹4,800 annually plus the coordination and the downtime. On a screen, an offer decided on Monday morning is live by Monday afternoon.
One message forever vs offers by time of day
Breakfast until eleven, lunch from twelve, evening offer at six — scheduled automatically. A printed board shows everything at once and lets the customer filter it.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
- 1

- 4
Training and warranty
We train two people on the content system, and the warranty terms are in writing.
Installed work
Real installations, not renders
Stills from our own installation footage. Nothing on this site is stock photography or a manufacturer's mockup.

Published pricing
What it actually costs
We publish ranges rather than making you ask. Most suppliers do not, which is the main reason this market is confusing.
| Category | Pitch | View from | Indicative ₹/sq ft | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Outdoor P10 | P10 | 10 m | ₹1,500 – ₹3,500 | Cheapest outdoor option. Fine for highway boards and rooftop displays read from 10 m or further. Text and bold graphics only — photographs look coarse at this pitch. |
| Outdoor P6–P8 | P6–P8 | 6 m | ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 | The usual choice for a roadside shop board. Top of the range buys higher brightness and a die-cast cabinet; the bottom is typically an iron cabinet with a lower-tier LED chip. |
| Outdoor P4–P5 | P4–P5 | 4 m | ₹3,500 – ₹7,000 | The outdoor sweet spot. Sharp enough for video and photographs at shop-frontage distances. Insist on 5,000+ nits and IP65 on every exposed side — an under-specified P4 can wash out badly at noon. |
| Indoor P3–P4 | P3–P4 | 3 m | ₹3,000 – ₹6,000 | Auditoriums, large showroom walls, anywhere viewers stay 3 m back. Cheapest way to get a genuinely large indoor screen. |
| Indoor P2–P2.5 | P2–P2.5 | 2 m | ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 | Retail interiors, reception walls, worship halls. Comfortable from about 2 m, which covers most indoor rooms people actually stand in. |
| Indoor P1.2–P1.9 (fine pitch) | P1.2–P1.9 | 1 m | ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 | Boardrooms, studios, premium lobbies — screens people stand right next to. Only worth the cost below about 3 m; past that it is indistinguishable from P4. |
Before you buy
Understand it first
The two most expensive mistakes are buying more pixel pitch than your viewing distance justifies, and under-specifying outdoor brightness. Both are avoidable in ten minutes of reading.
LED wall sizes and what they cost
The sizes Indian buyers actually ask for, what each one costs at each pitch, and why the screen you get is never exactly the size you asked for.

Common questions
How much does an LED display cost per square foot in India?
Outdoor runs ₹1,500–₹3,500 per sq ft for P10, ₹2,500–₹5,000 for P6–P8 and ₹3,500–₹7,000 for P4–P5. Indoor runs ₹3,000–₹6,000 for P3–P4 and ₹6,000–₹16,000 for finer pitches. All indicative and excluding 18% GST.
What is the difference between P4 and P5?
One millimetre between pixel centres, which makes P4 about 56% denser. It is visibly sharper only if viewers stand within about four metres. From eight metres or further the two look identical, so viewing distance rather than the number should decide it.
Do I need a licence for an outdoor LED display?
In Bengaluru this changed in 2026 and most sources have not caught up. Under the Greater Bengaluru Area (Advertisement) Rules 2025, our reading is that Rule 18(1) excludes illuminated advertisements from the exemption a painted board can fall under — so an LED or glow sign does not get it even when showing only your own name. Rule 13(6)(iii) also does not permit video or moving content. We tell you what applies at the free site assessment, before you commit to a size.
What warranty do you provide?
Manufacturer warranty on panels and control hardware, with the duration, coverage and response time stated in writing on the quote. We put it on paper because verbal warranty assurances are worth nothing when a module fails in month fourteen.
Do you deliver outside Karnataka?
Yes, across India, with transport free on larger orders. The installation team we work with is Bengaluru-based, so outside Karnataka we coordinate installation through vetted local partners and warranty response takes longer to arrange. We would rather say that up front than after you order.
Tell us the size and where it goes
Free site assessment, a written quote, and an honest opinion on whether you need what you think you need.
