What we collect

When you submit the quote form or the calculator form we collect the name, phone number, city, business type and budget range you enter, plus anything you write in the message field. If you arrive from the calculator we also store the size and viewing distance you entered, so we can quote without asking you again.

We automatically record the page the enquiry came from, your browser user agent and your IP address. Those are used to filter automated spam and nothing else.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare a quote. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, and a notification email is sent to us. Access is restricted to people working on your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the commercial relationship, including warranty support on anything we install. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It records page views and interactions such as clicking a WhatsApp button, without your name or phone number. The analytics script is loaded only after the page has finished rendering.

The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Once that conversation starts, it is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as ours.
