An LED video wall is a single continuous picture with no bezel lines running through it. That is the whole difference from an LCD video wall, and it is why a logo or a face crossing the seam does not get sliced into quarters.

Choosing the pitch is choosing the budget

Indoor pitch is the single biggest cost lever, and each step down raises the price sharply — a P1.5 costs roughly three to five times what a P4 costs for the same area. The right question is not "what is sharpest" but "how close will people stand".

Installation and service access

Front-serviceable cabinets matter more indoors than outdoors. If the wall is flush against a structural wall there is no rear access, so a failed module has to come out from the front — which means specifying front maintenance at design time, not discovering the problem two years later.

Common questions

How much does an indoor LED video wall cost?

Indicatively ₹3,000–₹6,000 per sq ft for P3–P4, ₹6,000–₹12,000 for P2–P2.5, and ₹10,000–₹16,000 for fine pitch P1.2–P1.9, excluding GST. A 10 × 6 ft reception wall in P2.5 typically lands around ₹4–7 lakh installed.

LED video wall or a set of LCD screens?

LCD is cheaper per square foot but every panel has a bezel, so a video wall made of LCDs always shows a grid of black lines across the image. LED has no seams. For anything where a single large image or a brand logo has to read cleanly, LED is the only one that looks intentional.

What pixel pitch do I need for a boardroom?

P1.2 to P1.9 if people sit within three metres of it, which they usually do in a boardroom. Past about three metres a finer pitch stops being visible and you are paying for pixels nobody can resolve.

Does it need a dedicated air conditioner?

Not usually. Indoor LED runs at a fraction of outdoor brightness so heat output is modest, and normal room cooling is enough. The controller and power supplies do need ventilation, so we plan that position during the site assessment.
