Rental is the same panel technology as a permanent install, in cabinets designed to be assembled and struck quickly. You are hiring the screen, the rigging and the person who runs it — not just the hardware.

What determines the price
- Screen area, and the pitch the audience distance requires
- Number of event days, plus the rigging and de-rig days either side
- Whether the venue allows flying, or the screen must be ground-stacked on truss
- Indoor or open-air, which changes the panel grade and the weather contingency
- Distance from Bengaluru, for transport and crew
Indicative rates
Rental starts around ₹15,000 per day for a small stage backdrop. A 16 × 9 ft screen with rigging and an operator for a single-day event typically lands between ₹35,000 and ₹80,000 depending on venue and pitch.

Common questions
How much does LED screen rental cost per day?
From about ₹15,000 per day for a small screen. A standard 16 × 9 ft event screen with rigging, an operator and de-rig typically runs ₹35,000–₹80,000 for a single-day event, depending on the venue and the pitch required.
Do you provide someone to run it?
Yes — a technician stays for the duration of the event. Handing over a screen with no operator is how events end up with a laptop desktop on the big screen at the wrong moment.
What about rain at an outdoor event?
Open-air events use outdoor-rated panels and a covered controller position as standard. We will also tell you honestly if the rigging plan is unsafe in the wind conditions forecast, which matters more than the panels.
How far ahead should I book?
For wedding season and the festival period, four to six weeks. Outside that, two weeks is usually comfortable. The site recce should happen as early as possible either way.
