Do I pay when I book?
No. You book first; we confirm the exact price and your dates, and payment happens after that, by UPI, from your tracking page. Payment is what locks the date.
What is included in the day rate?
Delivery, rigging, a technician who stays through the event, and de-rig afterwards. Power comes from the venue supply or a generator — we tell you the load to arrange. Transport and setup appear as their own line in your price, so you see what the screen costs and what the logistics cost.
Do you serve events outside Bengaluru?
Online booking is for Bengaluru events. Outside Bengaluru — anywhere, including the rest of Karnataka — we take event rentals from ₹5 lakh upwards, because the screens and crew travel from Bengaluru. For an event at that scale, request a rental quote with your dates.
What if my dates change, or I have to cancel?
Tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Date changes depend on fleet availability for the new dates; cancellation terms are stated with your price, before you pay — never after.
What size screen do I need?
A 10 × 6 ft screen suits a small stage backdrop, 16 × 9 ft is the standard event screen, and 24 × 12 ft carries a large stage or public event. If most of your audience is far from the stage, go bigger — the viewing distance calculator on this site gives a quick answer.
