LED Displays for Schools & Colleges
Admissions season is three months of the year, and the campus frontage is doing nothing about it for the other nine.
- Manufacturer warranty
- GST invoice
- Pan-India delivery
- On-site service in Karnataka
- Transparent, published pricing
What usually goes wrong with signage for schools and colleges
- Admission banners go up and come down every season, and look temporary throughout
- Results, achievements and event notices are on printed boards nobody reads
- Parents visiting campus see nothing of what actually happens in classrooms
- The frontage is invisible in the evening, when working parents drive past
What changes with LED
- Admissions campaigns run on the frontage for the whole season and switch to results afterwards
- Achievements and event notices go up the day they happen
- Classroom and lab activity shown on the frontage is the most persuasive admissions content there is
- The campus stays visible after dark
- Typical size
- 10 × 6 ft (60 sq ft)
- Typical budget
- ₹1–5 lakh
- Usual specification
- Outdoor LED displays

Show the classroom, not the building
The single most effective content we see on school frontages is footage of what actually goes on inside — a science lab in use, a robotics session, a sports practice. Parents choosing a school are trying to imagine their child inside it, and a photograph of the building does not help with that.
Sizing and pitch
Campus frontages are usually set back behind a compound wall and read from a road ten to twenty metres away, so P6–P8 at around 10 × 6 ft is the normal specification. Paying for P4 at that distance is money that would be better spent on making the screen larger.
The rest of the year
Outside admissions season the same screen carries exam results, event announcements, holiday notices and sports fixtures. Schools that plan a content calendar at installation get considerably more out of it than schools that switch it on in January and forget it in April.
Indicative budget for schools and colleges

| Category | Pitch | View from | Indicative ₹/sq ft | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Outdoor P6–P8 | P6–P8 | 6 m | ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 | The usual choice for a roadside shop board. Top of the range buys higher brightness and a die-cast cabinet; the bottom is typically an iron cabinet with a lower-tier LED chip. |
Common questions
What does a school LED display cost?
A 10 × 6 ft outdoor P6–P8 display typically runs ₹1.5–3 lakh installed, excluding GST. Larger college campus frontages at 16 × 9 ft land in the ₹4–8 lakh range.
Can students or staff update the content?
Yes. The cloud CMS is simple enough that an administrative staff member manages it after a short handover session. We train two people rather than one, so a leave day does not leave the screen stuck on last month.
Is it a distraction for students?
Frontage screens face the road rather than the campus, so in practice no. For screens inside a campus we recommend positioning them in circulation areas rather than in sight of classrooms.
