Be realistic about logistics

Guwahati is the furthest market we supply into, and transport takes materially longer — plan on fifteen to twenty-eight days from order rather than the ten to twelve a metro would take. Freight to the North East is also more weather-disrupted than elsewhere, particularly during the monsoon.

This is the market where our honest advice most often is to check local options first. If a competent supplier exists in Guwahati with a crew in the city, they will serve you better on a warranty call than we can from Bengaluru, and we would rather tell you that than take the order.
