LED Displays for Real Estate Projects

A project site hoarding is up for two to four years and says the same thing throughout, while the inventory, pricing and construction stage change every month.

  • Manufacturer warranty
  • GST invoice
  • Pan-India delivery
  • On-site service in Karnataka
  • Transparent, published pricing

What usually goes wrong with signage for real-estate projects and sales offices

  • The site hoarding shows a render from launch and nothing since
  • Construction progress — the thing buyers most want to see — is invisible from the road
  • Walkthrough videos and 3D flythroughs only get shown once a visitor is already inside the sales office
  • Every price or inventory change means a new print on a very large hoarding

What changes with LED

  • Site hoardings run walkthrough video, which converts far better than a static render
  • Construction milestones go up as they happen, which addresses the delivery anxiety directly
  • Inventory and pricing update without a reprint on a hoarding-sized panel
  • Sales-office screens carry the same content indoors at higher resolution

Video is the whole argument

A printed hoarding can show one render. A screen at the same size can run the flythrough, the amenity walkthrough, the location advantages and the current construction stage in rotation. For a product bought largely on imagination, that difference is the case for the screen.

Sizing a site hoarding

A 20 × 10 ft P4 display is the common specification for a project frontage on an arterial road, and lands in the ₹10–16 lakh range turnkey. If the hoarding is set back and read from twenty metres or more, P6 across the same area costs meaningfully less and looks the same from the road.

When the project completes

The screen outlives the project. Most developers move the panels to the next site — cabinets are modular and demountable — which changes the economics considerably if you have a pipeline. Worth specifying demountable mounting from the outset if that is the plan.

Common questions

What does a project site LED hoarding cost?

A 20 × 10 ft outdoor P4 display runs approximately ₹10–16 lakh turnkey including structure and installation, excluding GST and any municipal licence. A P6 at the same size is significantly less and is often the better choice for a set-back hoarding.

Can we move it to the next project?

Yes, if the mounting is specified as demountable from the start. The cabinets themselves are modular. Retrofitting a welded structure for removal is possible but wasteful, so tell us at design stage.

Do we need permission for a site hoarding screen?

Almost certainly. A large display carrying project advertising falls under municipal advertising-display rules, and needs both an advertising permission and structural clearance for the mounting. Factor the licence cost into the project budget.
