LED Menu Boards & Signage for Restaurants

Roughly 70% of what a customer orders is decided standing at the counter. A printed menu board fixes those decisions in place for a year at a time.

  • Manufacturer warranty
  • GST invoice
  • Pan-India delivery
  • On-site service in Karnataka
  • Transparent, published pricing

What usually goes wrong with signage for restaurants and quick-service outlets

  • Every price revision means reprinting the entire menu board, so prices lag costs by months
  • Breakfast, lunch and evening menus all sit on the board at once, so the board is mostly irrelevant at any given moment
  • A sold-out item stays advertised all day and gets ordered anyway
  • Photographs of food print flat and dull, which undersells the actual product

What changes with LED

  • Prices change in seconds, so a cost increase does not sit unabsorbed for a quarter
  • Menus switch automatically by time of day — breakfast until 11, lunch combos after
  • Sold-out items come off the board immediately
  • Backlit food imagery on a bright screen does considerably more work than a printed panel

Indoor menu boards

A counter menu board is viewed from two to four metres, so P2 to P2.5 is the right range. Below P2 you are paying for detail nobody standing in a queue can resolve; above P3 the price text starts to look ragged.

The usual arrangement is a run of three portrait panels or one landscape wall behind the counter, driven as separate zones so one panel can hold the fixed menu while another cycles combos.

Dayparting is the actual return

The feature that changes revenue is scheduling. Breakfast menu until 11:00, lunch thali from 12:00, evening snacks and combos from 16:00 — all automatic. A printed board cannot do this, so most outlets simply show everything all day and let the customer filter it.

Outdoor and frontage

For street-facing outlets an outdoor P6–P8 display above the entrance carries the offer to passing traffic, while a neon-look sign gives cafes the warm frontage look that photographs well. Both are common on the same facade.

Common questions

How much does a digital menu board cost?

A three-panel indoor counter menu in P2.5 typically lands between ₹1.5 lakh and ₹3.5 lakh installed, depending on total area. A single panel starts around ₹60,000. Prices exclude GST.

Can the menu change automatically by time of day?

Yes — this is the standard setup and the main reason to move off a printed board. You schedule playlists against a clock, so the breakfast menu comes down and the lunch menu goes up without anyone touching it.

Will grease and heat near the kitchen damage it?

Keep the panels out of the direct grease path and it is a non-issue. Where a screen must sit close to a hot line, we specify a sealed front face and a ventilated controller position away from the heat.
